Hello Folks, 

In this tutorial, we will learn how to write wristwatch Test Cases. We will also learn about positive test scenarios and Negative test scenarios.

What Are The Test Cases For Watch

Here !!! Important Test cases for wristwatches were given ...

• Verify the wristwatch type - whether it is an Analogue wristwatch, Digital wristwatch watch or Smart wristwatch.

• Verify whether the watch shows the correct time or not on the basis of the region.

• Check that the user is able to set the time or change the time, or not on a wristwatch.

• Check that the user is also able to change the day on the wrist watch if it is available.

• Check that all the parts of the wristwatch are properly fitted or not.

• Verify that the Date, Time and other information in a wristwatch is properly visible to the user.

• Verify whether the watch properly fits on the wrist or not.

• Check the design of the wristwatch as per the requirement or not.

• Verify if the watch is waterproof.

• Verify the colour, width, dial, and length of the wristwatch as per CRS or not.

• Verify whether the materials used for the wristwatch body are as required or not.

• Verify the material used for the watch strap -Plastic, leather, .etc

• Verify whether the wristwatch weighs as required or not.

• Verify whether the Logo and name of the company show properly or not on the watch.

• Verify whether the functionality of the button on the watch is working fine or not.

Test Cases For Analogue Watch 

Below are important and basic test cases for analogue wristwatches given.

• Verify that the watch needle is working fine or not -hours needle, Minutes needle and second needle.

• Verify whether the positioning of each needle has changed or not.

• Verify whether the user is able to change or set the time manually or not.

• Verify whether the date and date in the wristwatch changes accordingly or not. (after 24 hrs.)

• Verify whether the month gets changed accordingly or not (after 30 or 31 days )

• Verify whether the year gets changed or not after 12 months 

Test Cases for Digital Wristwatch 

Below are important and basic test cases for the Digital wristwatch given.

• Verify whether it shows the proper time or not.

• Verify that hours, Minutes, and Seconds are working fine or not.

• Verify whether the Minute Gets changed or not after 60 seconds.

• Verify whether the hours get changed or not after  60 minutes.

• Check that the Date and days change after 24 hr or not.

• Check whether the month changes or not after 1 month 

• Verify whether the year gets changed or not after 12 months 

• Check that the user is able to set the time, date, days, month, and year manually or not.
